Bodies as filters
Author: Jeroen Peeters

Bodies as Filters was published on the occasion of the Verwantschappen #2 project at Maasmechelen Cultural Centre on 8th and 9th November 2004. This project explored the affinities between the work of the choreographers Boris Charmatz, Benoît Lachambre and Meg Stuart by way of film, performance, debate, a unique collective improvisation with the collaboration of the composer and musician Hahn Rowe, and the presentation of Forgeries, Love and Other Matters.
Jeroen Peeters’ essay was commissioned by Maasmechelen Cultural Centre in collaboration with Dans in Limburg.
